Experienced retail design + build industry project management professionals can look forward to being a part of an exciting set up with career progression.

Reporting to the Project Manager, he/she will be working closely with creative and production people in these tasks:

- Create visually stunning 3D renderings and 2D visuals.
- Creative thinking, translating ideas into sketches.
- Execute technical drawings that meet standards for production.
- Assist in sourcing for and developing presentation materials for meetings.
- Keeping abreast of manufacturing and materials trends to be able to advise and conceptualize for application into projects.
Requirements:

- Industry experience in Retail Design or Events project management of at least 3 years.
- Excellent software skills in 3D such as Studio Max or Form Z.
- Multi-tasking capabilities and a keen eye for fine details.
- Patient and flexible with vibrancy to work closely within a team.
- Good eye for design and quality.
- Hands on whizz with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications (Applicants need to meet all of the following qualifications):

- Degree from an accredited Bachelor or Masters of Architecture Program.
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD required.
- 2 to 5 years of related experience required.
- English fluency required.
- Hiring locally in the Los Angeles area only.

Requirements

- Perform 3D modeling, presentation work and drafting through all project phases.
- Develop conceptual sketches into design presentations.
- Develop schematic designs into construction documents.
- Interact with City agencies.
- Work to be preformed in our office.
