With the focus on emerging markets they require a number of development managers with a career background in architecture and design to work on large scale international projects. They are now looking to expand their dynamic development team in Abu Dhabi by hiring career focused, hard working and commercially astute architects with above all, a flair for exceptional design across a number of sectors.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally knowledge of international markets and proven experience in design and development management across a variety of different asset classes such as retail, hospitality or mixed use projects. The role requires extensive client and consultant liaison, working with internationally acclaimed architects and engineers who are based worldwide.

Due to the nature of their international projects, a second language will prove advantageous (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin etc). The successful candidate will likely possess further qualifications such as an MBA, Masters or equivalent.

We are seeking a qualified architectural designer willing to learn, lead and work in a unique creative environment. Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an architecture office.
- Some experience with project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting, and Construction Documents.
- Knowledge of graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with 3D modeling / rendering (3D Max and Vray) a plus.
