They are now looking for a talented and ambitious qualified Architect to slot into an existing project team working on a high profile central London based mixed-use development to work on the fit-out package where you will enjoy a huge amount of autonomy. The Director in charge is seeking an individual who is a team player, can handle a major package of work and has the ability to communicate themselves effectively and efficiently at all levels.

Previous fit-out experience on a major commercial scheme is essential as is the ability to use both Microstation and Revit to a high level of competency.

Our new UNStudio Hong Kong office is currently looking for All-Around Design Architects on short notice. Applicants must be open to potentially working in our Shanghai office during the initial few months of employment, before being transferred to our Hong Kong office. We therefore especially encourage those who are already in Hong Kong or Shanghai and are available to start immediately to apply.

Skills:

- 2-4+ years of experience as an All-Around Design Architect.
- Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing).
- Good aesthetic sensibilities and design skills.
- Ability to both develop design concepts independently and through a team.
- Practical technical skills and sensibilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to learn.
- Good team player and able to organize own work.
- Good knowledge of products, materials and construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of Rhinoceros (preferably including Grasshopper/RhinoScript), Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience with relevant BIM software is also preferred.
- Knowledge of rendering software (Vray, Cinema4D, Mental Ray, etc).
