OBRA Architects, based in New York, Beijing, and Seoul, is seeking a bilingual-speaking professional committed to architectural quality able to take on key responsibilities within a growing practice and an intense office environment. The candidate must have minimum 5 years of professional experience and should be able to move fluently between design and construction phases and handle multiple projects of various size and complexity. Strong detailing, construction document, and construction administration abilities an absolute requirement. Candidate must have the following requirements:
- 5 year Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
- 5 years or more of work experience in Architecture, including project management.
- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills.
- Understanding of client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration.
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Korean/Chinese (any additional language is a plus).
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined in an intense collaborative studio environment, ability to organize, encourage and lead project teams.
- Licensed Architect / LEED accreditation a plus.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Architectural degree from an accredited program.
- 5-10 years of relevant architectural experience in cultural, institutional, and educational work.
- Excellent design and graphic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and design complex projects from the pre-design through construction documents phases.
- Advanced digital modeling & rendering skills; physical model-making skills are a plus.
- Self motivated; ability to manage time well and work towards deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in the context of multidisciplinary project teams.
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Suite, and/or other design related software is considered essential.
