Compass Global Resourcing, a leading Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Riyadh, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their busy design team providing design consultancy services for new and refurbishment projects to the Governmental, Residential, Commercial and Corporate sectors. You will work as part of a team creating quality interior environments which are functional, visually creative, and where appropriate, innovative.

Interested candidates should have a BSc in Interior Design or a related discipline and extensive design and supervision experience on major build projects, ideally hotel projects. You will have strong English language skills and, preferably, a history of working in the Middle East region.

Gpad Ltd are a growing practice of architects and designers based in Clerkenwell and working on a variety of projects across London. Due to an increased workload, in particular a few exciting commercial developments in Central London, we are looking for a newly qualified architect to help deliver these projects.

The successful candidate will work alongisde the project leader and should meet the following criteria:

- Vectorworks proficient.
- Sketch up proficient.
- Able to start immediately.
- Experience of working within the UK.
- Knowledge and familiarity of The UK Building Regulations.
- Experience of commercial and office development and fit out projects, from feasibility to construction stages, with experience of producing drawing packages for both.
- Ability to work under pressure and on a number of projects at the same time, meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, with experince of communicating with structural engineers, building control officers and other consultants.
- Site surveying experience.
- Good presentation skills.
- Passionate, hard working and committed.
- Able to work as part of a team.
