Interior Designer

They must be adept in Revit and have completed previous projects using this software. Must have at least 3 years minimum of professional working experience, including specific experience with corporate interiors projects working from concept through completion. Experience leading junior staff members is a plus. They must be willing to engage and collaborate with team members to advance design through research, function, and performance. Mid-Senior Level Architect
09/08/2014Award-winning Design & Architecture firm seeks a Mid-Senior Level Architect with project management experience to join our team. Experience with private sector projects, coordinating contractor & sub-contractor efforts, and task management are essential skills for this position.
Position responsibilities:
- Design development, construction documentation, project coordination, and contract administration for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist in the development of projects in an organized and methodical manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team(s).
Position requirements:
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability are crucial. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 5-10 years of applicable experience.
- Architecture License or on licensure track.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, SketchUp and Adobe Software.
- Ability to work independently and with little oversight.
