25/10/2014Joe Serrins Studio is an architecture and interior design firm focused on high-end contemporary residential projects. Current commissions include design of townhouses in NYC, a ground-up house abroad, and several large interior architecture projects in Miami. We are seeking a talented architect to join our team. Applicant requirements:
- A passion for architecture and design at the residential scale.
- An accredited degree in architecture, and five years minimum architecture / interior architecture work experience.
- Ability to design and draw a full set of construction documents in AutoCAD.
- Experience with contemporary residential construction and DoB code.
- You are a skilled designer with a sensitivity for modern detailing.
- You are organized and thorough, with an ability to handle multiple projects at various stages of development.
- You work well in a small, enthusiastic studio environment.
- You are currently living and working legally in the US.
Position available immediately. Respond via email with resume, work samples (of 5MB or less), and salary requirements. Only candidates that meet the above criteria will be considered.

Qualified candidates will be able to manage multiple assignments in a creative environment, be well versed in a variety of architectural styles, and have the ability to work in a team environment. KSQ is a national, full-service firm providing planning, architecture, engineering and interior design across five offices.
Required qualifications:
- Various experience levels needed 2-7 years.
- Strong creative and technical skills.
- Be able to meet challenging deadlines while producing a quality product.
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited architecture program, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCad, Revit Architecture, InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUP along with a variety of rendering software.
