A highly established and successful architectural and interior design practice, who work on a wide range of projects including hotels, residential developments and offices, both in the UK and internationally, are looking for a Hotel & Residential Interior Designer to join their thriving company.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of sectors on projects ranging from large scale hospitality schemes to one off residential show flats.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Hotel & Residential Interior Designer:
– This role will involve running jobs from concept design all the way through to completion, originating ideas, whilst also being able to produce neat drawing packages to translate them into reality.
– Developing and preparing scheme designs.
– Producing delivery packages, construction drawings and tender packs.
– Delivering projects onto site.
– Managing a small team of junior designers.
Key attributes of the Hotel & Residential Interior Designer:
- 7-10 years’ experience working in interiors.
- Previous experience working on hotel and residential projects.
- A strong, hand on all round designer with experience running your own projects.
- AutoCAD Proficient.
- Strong technical ability is a must.
- Experience using Sketch UP. Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

The position:
We are looking for a full -time talented and energetic junior architect to join the growing team at our new studio in San Francisco. Strong technical abilities required. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of the premier new boutique architecture firm in San Francisco.
Qualifications & requirements include:
- An accredited professional architecture degree: B.Arch or M.Arch.
- CA licensure or enrolment with NCARB, participation in IDP and active pursuit of licensure.
- 5-7 years of experience with an architectural firm, preferably including high-end residential projects.
- Experience with client, contractor and consultant interactions.
- High Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with sustainable building and design practices and experience with LEED and/or GreenPoint Rating.
- A developed design sensibility and a strong portfolio.
- Strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage one’s own time.
Optional skill: hand sketching.
