13/10/2014We have an immediate opportunity for a talented and ambitious architect to take the lead on a growing number of residential, commercial and university projects in the South East. Spratley Studios is a well-established, busy and expanding firm and this position offers a genuine and exciting opportunity for personal development and career progression.
If you would like to be part of our talented team you will need to be:
- Qualified with at least two years’ relevant UK experience.
- Able to demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge in the specified sectors.
- Experienced working directly with clients and other consultants.
- Capable of leading new projects from the concept stage through to design development and construction.
- Experienced running projects.
- Confident managing teams.
- Fluent in the use of AutoCAD/Revit.
- A good communicator with fluent written and spoken English.
Due to the fact that we are looking for an immediate start it is essential that you have the relevant permit for working in the UK.

Project Architect

Project Architect candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Be a Registered Architect with at least 5 years’ experience since registration.
- LEED AP certification preferred.
- Have substantial experience developing and detailing common commercial building materials and systems.
- Be accomplished at developing and attaining project production schedules.
- Have a creative, results-oriented work ethic.
- Practice strong problem-solving skills in a team-based environment.
- Have experience with development of LEED certified buildings.
