We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect (Part III) to join our growing team.
This role will provide the opportunity to lead multiple projects and teams to deliver high-end solutions for residential, retail and government projects, ranging in size and complexity.
To be considered for this position, the basic core requirements are:

- Experience of Microstation and Revit are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of German and/or Turkish are qualifying.

One of the world's top Design practices are on the lookout for talented Interior Designers to join their team in Hong Kong.
This practice works across many disciplines and currently has projects across South East Asia and China that focus on retail, corporate and hospitality sectors. This firm is looking for a strong design led candidate who can provide strong design direction and who is capable of coming up with high quality design concepts.
This person will be responsible for instigating the first stages of concept development and will be in charge of building ideas with a team of intermediate designers - you should have experience of managing design teams previously. This person will also have to help with the management of budgets and schedules.
This is an exciting role that would suit somebody looking to further their career in South East Asia.
Specific requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience.
- Fluency in English - Cantonese & Mandarin would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and Sketch-Up ideally.
This position obviously revolves around interior projects, however this firm would like to see people who have either come from an architectural background or at least have knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems.
