We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Junior Designer for Residential and Commercial Interiors.
Qualifications of a successful candidate include:
- Minimum 5 year Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university.
- 1-4 years' experience post-graduation. Preferably in High-end residential and Commercial in Miami.
- Knowledge of the building codes in South Florida is a must.
- The ability to develop concise construction documents to a very high level of detail.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills, preferably in both English and Spanish.
- Be able to work independently to produce graphic presentations for clients.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and, SketchUp. 3Ds Max experience is a plus.
- Assist project managers with all project related tasks.
- Capacity to juggle multiple and changing priorities in a very fast paced environment while also ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive attitude and sharp problem solving ability.
- Present yourself in a polished and professional manner at all times.

Due to our increasing workload, we need talented architects with job running experience or those with the ability to progress into this role:
- Ability to work at all RIBA stages.
- Ideally candidates will have excellent design skills.
- Experience of preparing planning applications.
- UK technical/construction experience, an understanding of UK building regulations and the ability to produce quality technical and production drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good/advanced knowledge of Vectorworks or Revit, SketchUp and hand drawing.
