Our award-winning office has been in business for almost 20 years and we are seeking a talented, team-spirited individual to work on high-end retail design and residential design projects both here and abroad. As a retail architecture studio, we specialize in identifying, designing, and realizing iconic spaces for national and international retail clients. Our responsibilities encompass not only architectural design, but interior design, furniture design, visual merchandising, and signage design as well.

We are looking for an individual who is not only CAD-proficient and detail-oriented, but who also listens to and contributes to a creative design dialogue, and who likes to experiment with ideas and materials. We pride ourselves on creating a positive and extremely creative environment.

Persons interested must have the following requirements:

- 2-3 years experience.
- Design and detail-oriented.
- Excellent freehand sketching and rendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, Photoshop and producing construction documents.
- Experience in residential design and/or high-end retail design.
- Good verbal and communication skills.

- BArch, March, or BFA Interior Design degree.
- 1-3 years post-graduate professional experience.
- Experience in retail design.
- Familiarity with furniture/fixture detailing.
- Proficiency with technical construction documents.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- 3D modeling and rendering proficiency.
- Ability to handle fast-paced projects.
- Natural design sensibilities.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must currently reside in the NYC area.
