We have recently won some interesting new projects and are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Architect to join our team. The right candidate will have a minimum of five years’ post Part 2 job-running / construction experience. You will have exceptional design and organisational skills, a high level of technical expertise, and proven experience of delivering completed, high quality projects in the UK.

Good Adobe Creative Suite and CAD skills (including Vectorworks and 3D CAD), and excellent communication skills, are also essential.

Two exciting opportunities have arisen in a high profile multidisciplinary firm in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia who are looking for two ambitious and creative Landscape Architects to represent their expanding company within their landscape architectural team. The firm has been established for many years and has a very sound reputation in the Middle East and their goal is to continue to offer high quality design solutions to their clients. They are considered one of the best in their class within architecture and working for this company will offer an excellent opportunity for any Landscape Architect who wants to be challenged and is not afraid of hard work. Responsibilities:

- Senior role will require leadership and the junior role will require strong design talent.
- Responsible for landscape design on a range of existing projects inclusive of urban regeneration, high quality housing developments, schools, community areas, pedestrian areas and commercial areas.
- Your role is to ensure the natural beauty and integrity of the site is maintained and enhanced.
- Preparation and accuracy of plans and working drawings including construction detailing and specifications.
- Working closely with clients is an integral part of the role and making presentations may also be a requirement.
- You will have the opportunity to offer creativity in an environment that encourages contribution.

Requirements:

- Ideally you will have around 7 years or more experience working in a landscape architectural environment.
- Strong creative, contemporary and visionary design skills and capability.
- Middle Eastern experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Degree qualified is essential.
- Strong IT skills with good proficiency in photoshop/Sketch up/AutoCAD/REVIT (ideally all but at least most of the above).
- A commitment to produce a high quality work and a desire to exceed your client’s expectation.
