Our current workload includes bespoke houses for both private individuals, and developers, sports facilities, healthcare, conversions and works to listed buildings. We continue to expand our workload in terms of quantity and variety.
The chosen candidate should have the following qualities and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. RIBA / ARB registered.
- Be capable of delivering high end projects for discerning clients and be confident working across all of the RIBA workstages.
- Excellent client liaison, team coordination skills.
- Have good contractual knowledge and be capable of running a contract as contract administrator and with experience across a range of other contract types.
- Extensive site experience, very good technical knowledge and communication skills.
- Be highly confident with making submissions to statutory authorities.
- Be capable of leading all design site visits and meetings with contractors, consultants and clients.
- Have a high level of competency in written and spoken communication skills.
- Have the ability to multi task and the ability to drive a number of projects at different stages with confidence is essential.
- Take a keen interest in developing other members of staff.

Incorporated is looking for an Interior Designer with 2-3 years of professional Interior Design experience in hospitality or high-end residential and a four-year bachelors degree or 3+ masters degree in Interior Design who is excited about working in an integrated architecture/interiors environment.
Tasks
During design, the designer will assist senior designers and architects with developing concepts, researching furniture, fittings, fixtures, and finishes, performing site surveys, and maintaining project materials. The designer should be able to apply established professional and company interior design standards. A facile knowledge of Revit is preferred as the designer will work in Revit to develop design in full BIM from which documentation of spaces and furniture are generated. The designers will help develop project specifications, mood boards, budgets and carry out general project administration tasks. The applicant should have experience drawing custom furniture and fixtures.
During the procurement, the designer will assist senior designers and architects to solicit quotes, create purchase orders, review invoices and submittals, track purchases, coordinate consolidation, and assist with installation and accessories shopping. After projects are complete, the designer will work with marketing to develop and assist with photoshoots of spaces and custom furniture pieces.
Ongoing tasks include meeting with vendors, visiting showrooms and studios to maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships and keep abreast of industry developments as well as maintaining the interiors library and assisting marketing on presentations.
