Senior Hotel Interior Designer

The company has over 15 years' history in Shanghai and has got excellent track record in China. The company has architecture team, interior design team and urban design team. In Shanghai, it has over 120 staff.The Sr. Hotel Interior Designer will be mainly working on prestigious 5 star hotel projects.Responsibilities:
- Mainly focused on concept & schematic design.
- Work with design development team to ensure concept is carried out properly.
- Put together proposals and presentations for clients.
- Attend client meetings, understand their needs and requests.
- Internal personnel management and training.
Requirements:
- 10 + years' experience for interior design, must worked on 5 star hotel projects before.
- Strong concept design skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to manage intermediate and junior designers.
- Good at hand sketch.
- Able to present design ideas in front of clients.
- Proficient in English.

We specialise in complex residential led mixed-use schemes ranging from 10 – 300 dwellings for community, public and private sector clients.
Due to our increasing workload, we need talented architects with job running experience or those with the ability to progress into this role:
- Ability to work at all RIBA stages.
- Ideally candidates will have excellent design skills.
- Experience of preparing planning applications.
- UK technical/construction experience, an understanding of UK building regulations and the ability to produce quality technical and production drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good/advanced knowledge of Vectorworks or Revit, SketchUp and hand drawing.
We are a friendly practice and offer a competitive salary, training, childcare vouchers, Ride2Work and regular social and sports activities. If you wish to join us, please forward your CV, examples of your work including design and technical drawings together with a covering letter.
