Prior Experience required in healthcare, intensive hospital renovation or institutional settings. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of eight years architectural experience, with at least three years of recent Project Architect experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working on relevant healthcare or science and technology projects.

- Thorough knowledge of the changing construction processes.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes systems, ADA, and ANSI.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated design and technical aptitude, excellent presentation abilities, written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, and a solid portfolio. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, professional registration, and AutoCAD proficiency required. Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.

Our client an award winning practice based in East London are seeking a Technical Architect, with extensive experience in detailing to join their creative design studio. In the Technical Architect role you will be working on innovative education projects.
As the Technical Architect you should have 5 or more years experience of working on schools and be skilled in the running of projects from concept to completion with strong design, technical and site delivery. As the Technical Architect you should have good knowledge of UK Building regulations and be able to write NBS Specifications. The ability to manage complex work packages and oversee and technically review multiple projects is essential.
A good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is needed for this role and ideally you will also have experience of working in BIM.
