Cooper Joseph Studio is seeking an experienced Project Architect to execute small projects in a collaborative, design focused environment from SD through completion. As a small office, we are looking for candidates that are interested and motivated to participate in the full range of project responsibilities. We are looking for the following attributes:

- Professional Degree in Architecture (M.Arch or B.Arch).
- Strong interest in design integrity through project completion.
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience, including Project Management and Construction Administration experience.
- Professional experience using Revit, Rhino and the full Adobe suite. CJS is an all Mac environment currently transitioning from Vectorworks to Revit. Vectorworks experience a plus.
- Experience and interest in all phases of project development, SD-CA. Experience with local NYC practice and code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal team, consultants and client.
- Currently a resident of the greater New York City area and able to begin working this summer.
