Associate Architect
14/11/2014An international design consultancy, who are establish in the UAE with major ongoing projects and pipeline, are interested in speaking to Senior Architects/Associate level Lead Designers with experience on large scale Shopping Mall and mixed-use developments based in Dubai.
- Qualified Architects (ARB/AIA/RIBA).
- Suitable candidates will have 10 years' plus projects experience.
- Experience in large scale shopping malls and mixed-use projects experience.
- Background in client facing and managing current relationships, establishing new relationships.
- A flair for front-end design – please send in portfolio.
- Hand sketching ability.
- Middle East experience would be ideal but not essential.

Candidates should be highly creative, have excellent academic backgrounds and strong technical experience. You must have:
- 5-8 years work experience in creative firms.
- Professional 5-year Architectural Degree or higher.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional portfolio.
- Strong experience with construction documents.
- Superb computer skills including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, 3D software such as 3D Studio Max, Rhino, Maya, Grasshopper.
