Project / Intern Architect
18/10/2014Fisher ArchitectureLLC is a Multi sector Architectural/Interior Design firm, located in Salisbury Maryland, Our firm has engaged in projects ranging from high end residential, Multi-family, healthcare, Hotels, and full commercial design.
We are currently looking for an Intern Architect.
Minimum qualifications: 1-3 years of experience ranging from site/building feasibility study, design development, construction documents, construction contract administration and report generation on commercial projects, with some Management and Marketing skills.
Other preffered skills: proficiency in AutoCad & Revit, 3DS Max, MS Word, Excel & Sketchup.

Junior Interior Designer
17/10/2014MR Architecture & Decor, a rapidly growing architecture and interior design firm specializing in high end residential and retail work currently has an opening in our Interior Design / Decor department for a Junior Interior Designer. Qualifying candidates must have a degree in Interior Design and 1+ years of professional experience assisting in all aspects of their projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing floor plans and custom furniture designs.
- Researching and sourcing furniture, fabrics and finish selections.
- Assisting with client presentations.
- Building mock ups.
- Ordering material samples.
- Coordinating with all disciplines and consultants.
- Creating client proposals.
- Creating vendor purchase orders and following up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assisting in on-site installations.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff. Knowledge with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office are essential. Knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Indesign and Quickbooks is preferred. Candidates must be able to perform their duties with minimal supervision.
