Minimum qualifications: six years of experience, ranging from site/building analysis, design, construction documents to construction contract administration on commercial (office, lab, multi-family and renovation) projects, with strong Management and Marketing skills.

Preferred qualifications: LEED, proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, MS Word, Excel, & Project.

Well-established midsize NYC architectural firm seeks talented intermediate architect with 7+years work experience. The firm is currently working on a number of diverse projects types including institutional, educational and sports related projects.

Skills and qualifications:

- Professional degree.
- Successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS and Office Suite is required. Familiarity with Revit a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on all phases of a project.
- The ability to work with short time frames and meet deadlines a must.
- Experience in sustainable design is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the US mandatory.
