Senior Project Architect

We have a diverse range of projects ranging from commercial, leisure, NHS and schools, to housing, hotel and community based schemes. We currently have an opening for an exceptional project architect looking for a long term opportunity with excellent prospects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
- High calibre design motivated individual.
- Excellent detailing and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Proven experience of delivering high quality projects.
- Must be experienced in AutoCAD and Revit.

Project Architect
01/11/2014LTL Architects (Lewis.Tsurumaki.Lewis) is seeking a Project Architect to lead projects from conceptual design through completion. The following are prerequisites for this position:
- Professional Degree in Architecture (M.Arch or B.Arch).
- 5 years professional full-time experience, including Project Management and Construction Administration experience.
- Professional experience using Revit, experience with Rhino and the full Adobe suite.
- Experience in all phases of project development, SD-CA.
- Currently a resident of the greater New York City area and available to start by mid-November.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach to architecture.
