Gumuchdjian Architects are currently seeking an experienced and creative Part III Architect with minimum 7 years professional experience to join their design-led, award-winning practice in London.

Our projects are very varied but always bespoke and highly-crafted. We need an architect with a solid grounding in construction and a flare for innovative design. We are therefore looking for a pro-active and motivated individual who has extensive technical experience and a desire to reach a high-level, long-term position within the practice.

SMRT has an opening for an Architect with 5 or more years of design and technical experience. Healthcare, Science/Technology, Government, Higher Education, Federal and/or Military market experience preferred. Must have strong business development and project management skills. Professional registration is required.

Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience in technical design and detailing of commercial construction projects, with a developed ability in coordinating design documents for construction.

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to work on a team with opportunities for growth into management.

Strong business development and networking skills.

Experience in Healthcare design (preferred), Science/Technology or Justice.

Education requirements: Architectural license required Bachelor's degree in Architecture required 5 - Year Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.

NCARB registration a plus LEED Professional preferred.
