We are currently looking for a junior architect who is a talented designer and is able to coordinate and produce construction documents as part of a team.

- B Arch or M Arch desired.
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Proficiency in CAD and image editing software.
- High quality craft and model making skills.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined.

SB Architects has established a reputation for excellence in high-end design specializing in hospitality and mixed-use projects. This position will support the Project Architect in development of project documents and directing additional team members for large scale residential & hospitality projects. Additional tasks will be ongoing knowledge of building codes, methods of construction.

Requirements and responsibilities:

- Experience: 4+ years.
- Talented people working toward licensure are highly desirable.
- Potential candidates must have strong technical skills with an eye toward design, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to support projects working both alone and in teams.
- A Bachelor or Masters in Architecture required. We are not seeking interior architects at this time.
- Candidates must have strong Auto CAD skills and knowledge of document development, technical detailing & building codes.
- Experience in medium to large scale residential, mixed-use, and/or hospitality projects is required.
- Fluency in English is required, Mandarin fluency is appreciated.
