Overland is seeking registered Architects with 3-7 years of professional experience. We are seeking candidates who through their education, professional, and life experience demonstrate a passion for improving the built environment, and a dedication to serving clients, consultants, and colleagues.

Candidates must hold an accredited degree in the field of architecture and be a licensed Architect in the United States. LEED Accreditation and proven commitment to sustainability is highly valued.

At Overland, Architects are fully integrated into project teams from conceptual design through construction administration, in roles ranging from designer to project manager. Applicants should be highly proficient in, or willing to learn, design tools necessary to communicate effectively in all project phases. These include (but not limited to): Revit, Sketchup, and the Adobe Suite, as well as hand sketching and physical model building. Candidates must exhibit a strong graphic sensibility and ability to coordinate with internal and external design team members.

- Generating and developing design concepts.

- Highly creative and able to work across all stages of the project.
- Over 3-10 years agency experience, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
