Elemental Architecture is a full service practice with a diverse range of projects and is seeking a Junior Architect for involvement in all phases of design and construction administration. Qualified candidates must possess a professional degree in Architecture and have worked previously in an architectural office for 1-3 years. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, and well organized person to contribute to our team.

Responsibilities include developing designs and technical solutions through all phases of a project, production of construction documents, consultant coordination, contact with clients and on-site construction review & administration.

Requirements include: superior AutoCAD and Revit skills, proficiency in 3D programs (Rhino, V-Ray, & Sketchup), Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs; strong construction document experience; exceptional communications ability, both written and spoken and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Applicants must currently reside in the New York City metro area.

Lammey + Giorgio is seeking individuals with 3-5 years of architectural working experience. We are a veteran practice of 30 years with its office based in the Philadelphia region. L + G is a collective of knowledgeable design professionals driven by principles of innovation, responsibility and collaboration. We believe in creating environmentally conscious and socially responsible buildings. Our projects vary from modest structures to complex building developments for institutions, civic, and commercial clients.

The prospective candidate must have a Bachelors or Masters in Architecture. The candidate must garner compelling design skills, be enthusiastic about design, and have the capabilities to work through a project from concept to construction. In house, we work in various media but primarily 2D (sketch, Cad, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and 3D (Revit, Sketchup, Rhino).

Key qualifications:

- Organizing and presentation of construction documents.
- Detailing.
- Sustainable strategies.
- Managing individual tasks.

Software Requirements: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite is required. Sketchup, Rhino and Vray is a plus.
