- At least 3 years experience in Architecture following a degree in Architecture.
- Familiarity with Multi-Family and Commercial projects.
- Able to communicate effectively with strong verbal skills.
- Strong AutoCAD and presentation skills are required.
- Strong graphics skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Additional graphic program skills a plus, i.e. FormZ, Rhino, Sketch-up, Maxwell, and/or Vray, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- On track to licensure preferred.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

Clifton Homes is looking for a qualified architect with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification professional practice experience. The candidate must show proven team management and have excellent coordination and presentation skills. Experience on large commercial projects, with structure and services engineering coordination and delivering to tight time schedules. Site Experience and knowledge of site procedures and communication lines is also required. The candidate must also have excellent design and 3d skills in AutoCAD/ Rhino / sketch up, to develop proposals with client team on a range of different developer lead projects to take to Site.
