The practice is very well renowned within the architecture sector and wins numerous awards for its hotel, residential and interior design schemes. They are also very pro new technologies and sustainable design methods as well as Revit BIM technology.

The role will involve assisting the project leader in delivering complex hotel schemes.

Ideal candidates will have:

- RIBA Part 3 Qualification.
- Project delivery experience (not necessarily hotel schemes but, would help).
- On site experience.
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Good Client communication skills.
- Must be AutoCAD proficient and any knowledge of Revit would be ideal.
