We are a dynamic and contemporary design firm that specializes in new construction/renovation of residential and mixed-used buildings. Rapidly expanding with a unique opportunity for long term growth potential. We are currently looking for a full time, experienced "Project Architect/Designer" to join our design team.

- Must have minimum of 3-5(+) years NYC experience designing & leading small to large/complex buildings.
- Must have a Bachelor's of Architecture.
- Must be a very organized leader with excellent communication skills.
- Confident enough to be the liaison between office, clients, contractors and consultants.
- Must have experience with CD's, building & facade design.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
- Must be mastered in AutoCAD Architecture [v.2014 a plus].
- Experience with residential and mixed-use buildings a plus.
- Strong detailing is a plus.
- Job lead/captain, managing projects from concept to finish is a huge plus.
- Strong renderers will be considered as well.

KIMOY Studios is a small design driven practice with a diverse range of work in residential, commercial and retail projects in New York City. We are seeking a part time Intern for work on the production of design presentations, construction drawings and general marketing materials.

Candidate should be a motivated self-starter and possess the following:

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.
- Design/problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with the production of construction documents a plus.

Compensation will be based on skill level and experience. Applicant must have legal US working status and should be able to start immediately. Internship may lead to permanent position for the right candidate.
