Essentials for this to work:

- You need a sympathy for the aims of the practice and an eagerness to learn and grow, together with detailing and job-running experience.
- You'll be self-motivated, flexible in managing a variety of tasks, and unafraid of technology.
- You'll have at least two years professional experience and a full driving licence.

Desirables:

- Indepth experience of BIM.
- Preferably ArchiCAD.
- An understanding of faith communities.

We are a dynamic and contemporary design firm that specializes in new construction/renovation of residential and mixed-used buildings. Rapidly expanding with a unique opportunity for long term growth potential. We are currently looking for a full time, experienced "Project Architect/Designer" to join our design team.

- Must have minimum of 3-5(+) years NYC experience designing & leading small to large/complex buildings.
- Must have a Bachelor's of Architecture.
- Must be a very organized leader with excellent communication skills.
- Confident enough to be the liaison between office, clients, contractors and consultants.
- Must have experience with CD's, building & facade design.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
- Must be mastered in AutoCAD Architecture [v.2014 a plus].
- Experience with residential and mixed-use buildings a plus.
- Strong detailing is a plus.
- JOB LEAD/CAPTAIN, managing projects from concept to finish is a huge plus.
- Strong renderers will be considered as well.
