ADD Inc is seeking a Senior Designer / Architect for our Miami office with the ability to create and develop overall design concepts, formulate design presentation strategies, and provide creative and process leadership to multiple design teams through all phases of projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience designing multiple building typologies of varying scale, creating and developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies, and a proven track record of success in maintaining and growing client relationships. Experience in residential, mixed use, and academic is critical. Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills are a must, along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will also be a strong, persuasive communicator with the ability to present to all levels, and to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients and with other key constituents. A Bachelors of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree is required, and architectural registration and LEED accreditation are a plus. Experience with Revit is required.

Marvel Architects is an award-winning design firm committed to delivering projects that explore and celebrate the border between public and private space. We are currently seeking exceptional designers and managers to lead teams on residential, institutional, and commercial projects.

Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 10-15 years of architectural experience and a portfolio of distinctive work. Applicants will have managed project teams from schematic design through construction administration, and will be experienced in NYC code and zoning; design presentation; contract documentation including written specifications; scheduling and organization; client interface; and consultant coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and Revit and Rhino experience is a plus.
