We are a growing office looking for motivated and forward-thinking individuals to join our team. We are actively engaged in projects of varying typologies and scales. Projects under construction include MahaNakhon in Bangkok, Angkasa Raya in Kuala Lumpur, DUO in Singapore, and an Arts Cultural Center in Beijing; many more designs are currently being developed for projects worldwide.
For our Beijing office, we are currently looking for talented
Junior Design Architects with a fresh creative outlook and ability to convincingly translate ideas into models, drawings, and visuals. Junior Design Architects should have project experience on mid- to large-scale projects in the concept and schematic design phases. Knowledge of technical principles and previous involvement in detailing stages is desirable.
You will join dedicated project teams to generate concept and competition designs for projects of varying typologies and scales, and develop design directions for evaluation and testing against programmatic, aesthetic, and technical considerations.
Experience and Knowledge:
Candidates should have at least 2 years post-graduate work experience in the development of high quality design concepts at internationally renowned architectural design firms. Clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, and excellent graphic abilities are essential.
Qualifications:
- Highly creative and unique design approach.
- 2 years minimum post-graduate experience in competitions / concepts in international design offices; detailing knowledge a plus.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to deliver within tight time frames.
- Master Degree (or equivalent professional degree) in Architecture.
- Fluency in English; Bilingual (English/Mandarin, English/German) a plus.
- Strong Adobe / AutoCAD, and Rhino skills, solid model making experience.

Quinn Architects are an east London-based practice with an exciting international portfolio of high-end residential and mixed-use projects. We work in an informal but very active studio environment and are based in Rochelle School, in the heart of Shoreditch. We are a small, ambitious practice, with an extremely skilled and motivated team.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Part 3 Architect to join our young and vibrant architectural practice. The successful candidate will work on an exciting range of projects based in both London and Los Angeles, working for internationally significant Clients.
Candidates are expected to be able to work well both as part of a collaborative design team and individually. They should also be able to demonstrate good judgement and initiative under pressure and possess excellent organisational skills. Previous experience of running projects with a Contract value of £2million+ is essential.
Candidates should be both highly numerate and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent English is essential.
