We are currently seeking an Intermediate Designer with at least 5 years of experience to work in our Michigan Studio. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated out-of-the box thinker and passionate about design and education.
Minimum job requirements include:
- Strong conceptual design and project presentation skills.
- Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
- Competent writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
- Proficiency with both hand sketching and computer modeling/rendering.
- Proficiency with Revit and BIM concepts.
- Knowledge of all phases of architecture design and documentation.
- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Willingness to travel.

Due to an increase in workload in the UK and Europe we require a French-speaking qualified Project Architect to join our busy practice working primarily in the retail sector. This full time position will be based in Milton Keynes and the candidate will be required to work both independently and within a team structure running projects from inception to completion.
Main duties:
- Attending client meetings and carrying out site visits.
- Developing and presenting design schemes for retail fit out, commercial or residential projects.
- Producing production information.
- Making planning and building regulation applications.
Key requirements:
- RIBA Stage 3 qualifications.
- ARB registration.
- A working knowledge of French (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in producing accurate drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good knowledge of current building legislation.
Retail design experience and knowledge of Microstation would be very desirable.
