A high end Residential agency whose work focuses predominantly on multi-unit developments sectors.

Residential Interior Designer role:

- Market expectations, fit-out rates, sales values, adding value and the luxury market.
- Unit mix, space planning and space optimisation.
- Detailed fit-out design – floor and wall finishes, kitchens. bathrooms, lighting.
- Appliance and home automation specification.
- Furniture, fittings and soft furnishings.
- Artwork selection and procurement.

About you:

- Around 10 years’ experience working in the high end residential sector. Ideally multi-unit developments and ideally those in London.
- Client facing with the ability to present to Clients, Consultants, Stakeholders and Agents.
- Ability to project manage and produce 2D CAD drawings using Microstation, specify finishes, fittings, ironmongery and schedules.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Taking responsibility for project administration including agendas, minutes and day to day correspondence and the issue of information.
- Co-ordinating CGI production with a CGI specialist.
