At the junior to mid-level, we are looking for ambitious candidates with an impressive design portfolio who are passionate about working on exciting international projects in a dynamic design led environment. At the more senior level, we are looking for experienced leaders within the industry to lead and motivate teams of Architects responsible for the design of large scale developments. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in all phases of the design process with excellent project management, client coordination and people management skills.

All candidates must have:

- Degree in Architecture.
- Strong design skills and experience in all phases of the design process.
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3D Max or Rhino.
- International experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.

The Mills Group, an Architecture-Planning-Preservation firm, of Morgantown and Wheeling, WV seeks a talented and enthusiastic architect with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience for a full time position. Professional degree required and licensure is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent client management, customer service orientation, and presentation skills. Additionally the candidate must have experience analyzing, planning and designing various structures through all phases of projects of any scale, while working in project teams or leading project and consultant teams as well as developing construction documents on small to medium size commercial projects.
