Job Position: Architect
Requirements & Capabilities:
- BArch or March.
- 1-3 professional work experience in reputable office.
- Good knowledge of Chinese work environment.
- Familiar with relevant professional design software, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino 3D, Adobe Suite.
- Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and consultants.
- Ability to learn quickly, take instruction and work independently when needed.
Major responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of project development from design through construction.
- Participate in the discussion on technical issues and refer professional advice.
- Participate in the examination and approval of building materials.
- Participate in the coordination in the early stage of design and technical aspects of project.

Project Architect / Designer
13/10/2014We are a dynamic and contemporary design firm that specializes in new construction/renovation of residential and mixed-used buildings. Rapidly expanding with a unique opportunity for long term growth potential. We are currently looking for a full time, experienced "Project Architect/Designer" to join our design team.
- Must have minimum of 3-5(+) years NYC experience designing & leading small to large/complex buildings.
- Must have a Bachelor's of Architecture.
- Must be a very organized leader with excellent communication skills.
- Confident enough to be the liaison between office, clients, contractors and consultants.
- Must have experience with CD's, building & facade design.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
- Must be mastered in AutoCAD Architecture [v.2014 a plus].
- Experience with residential and mixed-use buildings a plus.
- Strong detailing is a plus.
- Job lead/captain, managing projects from concept to finish is a huge plus.
- Strong renderers will be considered as well.
