Reporting to the Technical & Commercial Director, you will produce viability layouts, detailed planning layouts for submission, bespoke house type elevations, street scenes and other supporting documents associated with the submission of planning applications. A good knowledge of house building and the consultation process is essential as you will be dealing with SAP assessments and building control bodies, together with an awareness of emerging and changing legislation.

Experience of working within a residential developer and a relevant HND/HNC (or equivalent) qualification would be ideal, though you could be a recent graduate who has specialised in this area. Either way, you will need the ability to produce visibility layouts and detailed planning layouts utilising Autocad as well as the ability to work alone and as part of the technical team. Excellent communication and presentation skills and self-motivation are also required.

We have an immediate position available for a full-time mid weight information graphics designer with professional experience in wayfinding and signage, exhibition design or large scale environmental graphics. Exceptional design talent and strong analytical skills are a requirement. The position will involve work on a variety of large international wayfinding projects.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be both a conceptual and strategic thinker, highly creative and innovative.
- Have an outstanding portfolio of professional design experience demonstrating particular skill in structuring information.
- spatial design skills advantageous.
- Have excellent software skills: Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in 2D and 3D software packages AutoCAD and Rhino a plus.
- Be proactive, collaborative, work quickly under pressure.
- Be conscientious, organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
- Be fluent (written/spoken) English.
- Be based in London.
