Our small firm is looking for a positive, self-motivated designer to join our quickly paced office. We need your help in designing, producing drawings for, and administering projects during construction. Projects in the office range from residential developments and single family apartments and homes, to a public space for a City Agency, Office Interiors and Stores.

You would have 2-4 years experience working in a design and detail-oriented office in New York City, and either have run a project or have been pivotal in the project you were participating in.

You are able to deftly navigate a set of drawings, sketch and draw clearly, and maybe even build a nice model once in a while. You're able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing, (in English), and feel comfortable with and enjoy interacting with clients. Teams here are small, and sometimes only one person maybe be on a project. However, we all sit at a large table together, and enjoy learning from one another.

Along with typical drawing and office programs, it would be a bonus if you knew how to use sketchup as a modeling tool. We are looking for someone immediately.
