Looking for a highly motivated junior /intermediate designer in a small sized firm, for several new houses and apartment renovations. The person in the position will be involved in all areas of work including drafting, 3d modeling/rendering and presentation drawings.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years experience.
- Strong drafting and presentation drawing skills.
- Proficient at all Adobe appliances, microstation/ revit is a plus.

Candidates should have a relevant degree, 6+ years of professional experience in corporate and commercial interiors and base proficiency of REVIT, Adobe CS Suite and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include participating in all phases of design to translate design intent into workable construction details for a wide array of project types and clients; prepare design intent presentations, development of design into working technical drawings, coordination of consultant submissions and detailing; construction document preparation and construction observation.

Construction administration experience, LEED Accreditation and knowledge of environmentally sensitive building systems and products are desirable. Ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in materials and finishes, and a demonstrated interest in thoughtful, modern design.
