03/09/2014SGPA Architecture and Planning is an established San Francisco firm with a sister office in San Diego. We are searching for exceptional candidates who are seeking long-term career relationships with potential for advancement.
Candidate responsibilities include: Preparation of conceptual design sketches and exhibits for mixed-use and retail commercial projects. Selection of building materials and color palette. Coordinate design work with Design Principal and Project Manager to ensure compliance with Firm and Client objectives.
Candidates should possess the following skills: ability to prepare hand drawn graphic presentations. Experience with commercial/retail/mixed-use design, multi-family residential design and site planning. Proficiency with SketchUp, Revit and familiarity with other industry software applications.
Candidates should have 3-7 years experience, possess a Bachelors degree in Architecture and be on track for licensure in the State of California.

Revit Architect
03/09/2014We are seeking a talented a Architect to join our award winning studio in Shoreditch to work on a range of exciting new projects. Our current portfolio includes mixed-use public realm projects, large housing schemes and refurbishing / converting several prominent listed modern buildings.
The applicant should have excellent design skills, be highly organised, and have good communication skills, as well as being friendly and out-going. A minimum of 2 years UK experience is preferable. Expertise in Autodesk Revit BIM is a requirement for this position as is a proven track record of job running projects of a medium and large scale.
This position would suit a candidate who is ambitious and looking for long term opportunities to progress their career.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Dependent on qualifications, skills and experience within our established salary structure.
