LSD Group is seeking motivated candidates at both the Junior Architect and Intermediate Architect levels. You must have a commitment to design excellence and a proven ability to successfully execute projects from schematic design through construction documents. You must love what you do. You will be working closely with the principal on high-end residential projects producing construction documents. We are a small architecture studio in the FiDi area. The following qualifications are required:

- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution: M.Arch or B.Arch.
- 6 years of professional experience for Intermediate; 3+ years for Junior.
- At least one residential project whereby you lead the CD set development.
- Proficiency with developing drawing sets from schematics through construction documents. This requires a solid understanding of drawing conventions, file organization, external references, technical accuracy, as well as the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Expert knowledge of ACAD 2013 and Adobe Creative Suite expected.
- Proficiency in RHINO 3D modeling software expected (Grasshopper and V-Ray a plus).
- Highly motivated with a commitment to design excellence.
- Can handle long hours when necessary for deadlines.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and small studio environment.
- Currently living in New York area. Must be authorized to work in the US without need for employee sponsorship.​
