Award winning design-oriented studio is searching for an experienced architect with 8-10+ years experience to lead project coordination, Construction Documents and Construction Administration on various residential and institutional projects. This versatile design and detail-oriented person must be committed to the realization of high quality concept-driven projects. They will work closely with Principal and Associates to develop and implement ambitious projects, taking a leadership role throughout all phases of design and construction.

Skills & requirements:

- Professional degree (B. Arch or M. Arch).
- 8 - 10+ years work experience.
- Extensive experience in technical detailing, constructability and budget management.
- Experience in design and construction of high-end residential and institutional projects.
- Capable of working directly with clients.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Familiarity in 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up and/or Rhinoceros) is expected.
- Architectural License is a plus.
- Prior US work authorization – visas will not be sponsored.
