We're seeking to expand our team with individuals to be involved in projects from conception to realization in a collaborative, open office. Candidate should have great organizational and communication skills, be independent and self-motivated, have knowledge of Vector Works, and excellent design and presentation skills. Knowledge of and interest in contemporary art and design helpful. Construction and building experience appreciated.

Prepare design proposals and construction documents for a variety of urban design and architectural projects. Specifically: - Collaborate on preparation of creative design and construction proposals for both presentation and production.
- Help to develop and modify design concepts and detailed plans of the development, and coordinate all aspects of project document completion through field study and data research under Architect’s supervision.
- Prepare the conceptual design sketches that illustrate the architectural treatment of the project, develop concept statements and develop concept and presentation.
- Prepare reports, including area calculations, quantity take-offs, material schedules & development trends to meet functional, spatial & aesthetic needs of clients concerning of construction procedures, code, material requirements by computer-assisted design software.
- Perform job duty as assigned including zoning analysis for feasibility studies and program evaluation; attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors as delegated.

Requirements:

Master degree in Architecture.

- Must show strong expertise in computer aided advanced representation.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and visualization software such as Rhino and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in computer-based skills including computer rendering and animation, Rhino-Vray, Maxwell, as well as Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat) are also requested.
- Must demonstrate strong creativity and versatile design skills.
- Must have superior communication abilities.
