Growing, dynamic and fast-paced Architecture firm specializing in mixed-use development and design-build work has immediate need for a junior architect. Responsibilities will include assisting in managing DOB filing packages and scope of work for construction documents, Code Review, and Zoning Research.

We are seeking candidates that have completed at least one (1) year of NYC experience, preferably in a large or medium size firm. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to work within strict management parameters, and must have excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with clients and consultants. Ideal applicants should have a good working knowledge of technical and construction procedures. You will help track all project aspects, including the NYC DOB filing process and other agency related items.

Required qualifications include:

- At least one (1) year of experience in a mid to large A&E firm.
- One (1) to three (3) complete years of working experience in NYC on NYC projects.
- Must have a Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Structural Engineering.
- Must be fully proficient in Auto-Cad 2015 functionality.
- Basic knowledge of NYC Building and Zoning Codes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS-Project, Excel).
- 3D Modeling and Rendering experience. - Must be punctual, organized, and methodical with both presentation and communication - written and oral.
