Position qualifications:

- 2 – 5 years for Intermediate Position.
- 5 – 10 years for Senior Position.
- Passion for design, creative.
- Good communication skills with client and staff.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience with Photoshop & Sketchup.
- Versatile in design styles, traditional-modern.
- Fast learner-self motivated.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Familiar with architectural phases SD-CDs.
- Residential/Mixed use experience.
- High density multi-family podium and wrap projects experience a must.
- Strong in drawing technology AutoCAD.
- Proficient Revit Skills and experience.
- Familiar with building materials.
- BA Architecture/ B.Arch.

- 1-3 years of experience in all phases of design, including at least 4-6 months Construction Document experience.
- Superb skills in ACAD, Adobe CS, 3D modeling and rendering (Rhino and V-Ray) and physical model building. Revit is a plus.

- Professional degree.
