Our Client is looking to appoint a talented Senior Project Architect with proven Housing and Residential experience to join their team. The successful candidate will also have a genuine opportunity to make that step up to Associate level in the near future.

This is a central London based role within an international practice who have just been instructed to proceed with a large scale mixed-use project in the UK. They are looking for a Senior Architect within an expertise in Housing to work alongside the Director in charge. The project will be entirely produced using Revit so previous experience of this package is useful, but not essential as they are willing to train the right individual.

Person Profile:

– Qualified and ARB Registered Part 3 Architect.
– Experience working on large UK based Housing projects at all stages from the initial feasibility ideas and production of housing layouts, through to planning and working drawing stages. Site experience would also be a benefit.
– Knowledge and previous experience of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) would be a bonus.
– Experience in managing junior members of staff.
