RX Architects is a design led practice based in Rye, East Sussex who specialise in high end residential and commercial projects along the south coast. RX Architects is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part II architectural assistant or recently qualified Part III architect to work on design led private residential projects and mixed use developments from our studio in Rye.

There will be opportunities to work on a wide variety of interesting projects, ranging in type and scale, with a growing young and exciting practice.

Strong design skills are essential combined with a strong knowledge of technical design and detailing. You will need to develop into a role that will involve regular contact with clients, planners, contractors and other consultants, and you will be required to work across all Riba stages.

The studio uses AutoCAD, Sketch up, InDesign and Photoshop predominantly. Strong 3D visualisation and sketching skills would be of benefit. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic and enjoy the benefits that Rye and its beautiful coast line has to offer, as well as be professional, friendly and a good team member.

Competitive salary is offered, which will be dependent on level of experience and qualifications. The position is full time.
