We have an opening for Senior Architect with a potential path to a junior partnership. The position is available to a licensed architect with 10+ years experience or a senior interior designer with the ability to manage staff and projects. Position requires extensive experience with high budget NYC private residential renovations.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in an office working on single family residential (townhouses, brownstones, apartments or new construction).
- Experience managing multi million dollar projects without supervision.
- Experience managing staff.
- Extensive knowledge of NYC Building codes and the NYC Zoning Resolution.
- Strong design skills.
- Some experience in 3D modeling software.

One of New York's prestigious midsize architectural firms, specializing in hi-rise residential projects, seeking a talented and experienced project architect; with 3-5 years of experience and at least 2 recent residential projects. This position requires excellent technical/AutoCAD and communication skills.

Candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have excellent CAD drafting skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of construction materials and method.
- Mist have knowledge of NYC Code and zoning regulations.
- Must possess the ability to solve problems and act as a liaison between clients and company.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Space planning.
- Construction document production and detailing.
- FPP, Condo plans, Tax lot drawings, & BPP plans.
- As-built documentation and working drawings.
- Meeting with clients and vendors.

Candidate must be capable of contributing to all phases of design.
