PBDW Architects is a mid-size, design-oriented partnership with a practice focusing on new buildings, additions, renovations, and historic preservation projects in urban settings. We are currently seeking a strong Intermediate Architect to join our team and assist with design and documentation of cultural, multi-family housing, institutional and commercial projects at a variety of scales. Applicants should have the following qualifications:

- BArch or MArch degree.
- 4-6 years post-graduate experience in US offices.
- Experience with all phases of architectural design and services.
- Experience with new institutional, multi-family housing and commercial structures in urban settings.
- Demonstrable experience in working drawings.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup required.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Legal US work status.

We are a Clitheroe, Lancashire based Architectural Practice looking to recruit 2 or 3 experienced architects with 5 years + experience to provide an extra level of management to the practice. You would be expected to run projects, manage staff, develop the practice and generally assist the two directors in the management of the practice.

Some Vectorworks literacy and a good understanding of construction design and detailing knowledge is desirable. Knowledge and experience of producing working drawing packages is essential.
You will also expected to have a good knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe software.

We are a small architectural practice ( 7 staff) with a busy work load offering the opportunity to work on projects from concept through to completion. We currently have a number of commercial, health care and residential projects across the North-west area and the successful applicants will be expected to be involved in working on a number projects simultaneously.
Salary to be discussed based upon previous experience.
