Job Responsibilties:

- Planning and designing of residential, commercial, institutional projects.
- Worked from the conceptual stage to the Deign Development of the project.
- Preparing architectural drawings, line plans and Area calculations.
- Sketch plans, line plans and Area calculations.
- Elevation & Sectional Details.
- Preparing all Architectural Detail Drawings.
- Planning and designing of residential, commercial, institutional projects.
- Preparing architectural drawings, line plans and Area calculations.
- Involve in design development of drawings.
- Coordinated with MEP and Structure consultants. And make alteration in working drawings.
- Responsible for working drawing set released to site. And coordinating with site for related queries.
- Responsible for sanction drawing set and calculations.
- And follow up with authority.
- Assuring for correct deliverables of the drawings to site which matches with the BOQ and specifications.
- Maintaining drawing records.

Desired skills and expertise:

- Four-year architectural or interior design degree; completion of five or six-year architectural or dual degree program preferred.
- Minimum of five years total professional experience; experience in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents and supporting materials.
- With periodic supervision, responsible for the execution of a project’s or an assigned portion of a project’s conceptual design, subsequent design development and relevant quality control efforts during all phases of project work in close collaboration with a Senior Technical Designer.
- Coordinates with other Senior Interior Design Professionals, Associates, Associate Directors and the Design Director on assigned project in terms of implementing SOM standard procedures and protocols to assure continuity and consistency of project documentation across the firm in support of overall firm wide goals.
