One of the most successful Architectural studios in the world is now recruiting two new Architects to join its busy Arts & Culture team. The practice operates across Europe, Asia and America and is known for producing high-profile, innovative designs in major cities across the globe, many of which are based right here in London.

Two contract job vacancies exist due to a large project going on site and needing strong technical expertise. The project is the refurbishment of a listed theatre building, so prior experience in this sector will be highly regarded but not essential. To be considered for the role you must have full proficiency in Microstation as this is the software that will be used to deliver the project. You will also ideally have site experience and a portfolio to show your extensive knowledge of technical details.

This is a contract role to start ASAP and will be paying between £23-£28 per hour dependent on experience. The office is located just a few minutes’ walk from Tower Hill station. Working internationally on a range of projects, CRÈME designs private residences, restaurants, retail stores and more in the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. We are seeking a Senior Designer/Project Manager with experience in hospitality, retail and multi-unit residential design to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Fast-growing hospitality architecture and interior design firm seeks a full time Senior Designer with experience leading high-end design projects from start to finish, including design conceptualization & development, space planning, client and vendor relationships, specifying FF&E, purchasing, construction documents, and construction management. Experience in hospitality design preferred.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Design background in hospitality, retail and multi-unit residential interiors- hotel experience is a major plus.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience.
- Ability to produce millwork and interior construction details required.
- Solid experience in Interior Space Planning, sourcing and specifying FF&E and finishes, and proficiency in developing schematic plans into 3D concepts for a variety of large and small projects.
- Excellent presentation and people skills and ability to lead a design team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Spexx and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
